When planning this [office building](/business-areas/office-furniture/), which provides almost 14,000 m² of space for approximately 700 workstations, the focus was not only on energy **efficiency, sustainability and architecture**, but also on optimised [interior design](/our-services/interior-design-and-decoration/). The modern [furnishing concepts](/our-services/concept-interior-design/) we cleverly implemented are fully aligned with the philosophy the architectural firm was pursuing for the building's [interior design](/our-services/interior-design-and-decoration/). The uniqueness of this demanding project lies not only in its functionality, but above all in the diversity and originality of the furniture. We tastefully combined a total of nine different, in part exclusive, materials, ranging from oak veneer, Italian granite, polished brass to concrete. Linoleum, Corian acrylic stone, various fabrics, tiles, and fingerprint-free laminate were also used. We were able to meet the high standards of this interior design thanks to our creativity, [careful planning](/our-services/concept-interior-design/), precise [manufacturing and assembly](/our-services/furniture-production-and-assembly/).
